Emerging silently from the shadows of the walls the talismanic tablet references the unconscious aspect of personality. The shadow is conceptually the blindspot of the psyche exploring territories which can go unnoticed and unseen. Bliss’s work often explores these void spaces which open up potential for more than what lies right in-front of us - where the imagination melts into dreams and space and time become fluid and non-linear.
